He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Smith and Myrtle Smith; and his wife Ida Smith. He is survived by: his children, Calleen Carter (Gregory Carter), Joan Spencer (Jackie Spencer), Clayman Smith, Jr. (Tammy Smith) and Veronica Rollins; and his siblings, Chris Smith and Virgie Dorsey. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
