She was predeceased by: her father James Howard Hamilton; her husband George Edward Stevens; her brothers, Michael Lawson Hamilton and Douglas Howard Hamilton, Sr.; her sister-in-law Rhonda Stevens; her friend Donna Jean Smith; and her in-laws, John Robert Stevens and Ann Regina Stevens.
She is survived by: her mother Doris Weller Hamilton; her daughter Amy Smith; her son-in-law Thomas Smith; her grandchildren, Lane, Charlotte and Austin; her siblings-in-law, Sharon Hamilton, Robert "Bobby" Stevens and Douglas Stevens (Teresa); her close friends, Gary and Cheryl Smith; Gary Wayne Smith, Jr.. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
