Swann and Ralph Swann; her great grandchild Ja'Heart Foreman; her nieces, Patricia and Marietta Rollins; and her nephew Sylvester Morris Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Gayle Palm, Terry Whims, Charles Whims, Jr. (Dolores), Glen Whims (Tina) of Frederick and Milton Whims (Debbie) of Brunswick; her nephew Elmer Morris (Marcie) of Frederick; her niece Felicia Cartnail of Pittsburgh; her sisters, Phyllis Weedon of Frederick, Bonnie Swann of Frederick, Kathy Swann of Frederick and Carol Swann of Gaithersburg; her brother-in-law Elmer Whims of Silver Spring; her daughter-in-law Clarise Rollins-Swann; her cousins, Chuck and Elaine Smallwood; and her close friends, Marisa Hill, Doris, Marc Walters, Shirley Grier, Donna Crum and Kenny Epps, Sr.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
