She was predeceased by: her mother Annette Powell (Dixon). She is survived by: her father Malcolm H. Powell of Gettysburg, PA; and her siblings, Malcolm Scott Powell (Christine Carmichael) of Ohio and Judith A. Linsey (Worley) of York, PA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
