He is survived by: his close friend Jane Ann Ingham of Myrtle Beach; his sister Brenda Sue Baugher of Frederick; and his nephews, Christopher Baugher (Carly) and Brian Baugher (Leslie). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
