She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert V. Hall and Constance E. Hall; her daughter Starr E. Jackson; and her grandparents, Leo, Charlotte Randolph, James and Adelaide Hall.

She is survived by: her husband Anthony Jackson, Sr. (Tony); her sons, Anthony Jackson, Jr. (AJ) of Hagerstown, MD and Divay Jackson of Hagerstown, MD; her stepdaughter Anthalene Diggs (Boo) of Frederick, MD; her siblings, Larry Hall, Timothy Hall (Noel), Ronald Hall, Richard Hall (Dickie) and Constance Hall; her grandchildren, Tierra, Shaniqua, Lavonte, Anosha, Enoshi, Kiandre, Ajah, Tristan, Dariana and Darius; her parents-in-law, Gretchen Martin (Eddie), Leticia Logan, Robert Jackson, Roxanne Gibson (James), James Jackson (Brenda) and Ronald Jackson (Pat); and her friends, Barbara, Doris, Rhonda, Jennifer, Kim, Missy, Charlene and Rosa. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
