He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Duvall Sr. and Betty Duvall Goodsell; and his brother Richard Lee Duvall. He is survived by: his sister Tracie Duvall (Michael Ott); his cousin Terrie Sherman (Duvall); and his close friends, Tammy and Billy Isennock. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, niece, nephew and cousins.
