She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles R. Morgan, Sr. and Betty Mossburg Morgan; her daughter Angela Carter; her siblings, Kenneth Morgan, Charles Morgan II and Linda Orndoff; her aunt Ethel; and her uncle Millard "Bill" Lindsay.
She is survived by: her husband Stephen Carter; her son Stephen Carter, II; her granddaughter Stephanie Carter; her brother Donald Morgan (Cathy); Dr. Howard L. Ruley.
