She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Knott and Almira Knott. She is survived by: her husband Wayne "Casey" DeLauter of Frederick; her children, Cheryl DeLauter of Frederick, Chris DeLauter (Cheryl Mullaney) of Frederick and Stephanie Bittner (Christopher Bittner) of Keedysville; her grandchildren, Andrew DeLauter of Frederick, Claire DeLauter of Frederick, Casey, Savannah and Christiana Bittner of Keedysville; and her sisters, Cynthia Millard of Winchester and Janet Sherman of Hedgesville. She is also survived by many nieces, extended family members, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers the family would encourage donations to the Scott Key Center Frederick or Shepherd Gridiron Club at Shepherd University.
