She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvert Phillips Sr. and Martha Phillips; her husband Billy Mills; and her nephew Keith Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Slifer (John Roop), Bob Kotchenreuther (Linda) and Ken Kotchenreuther (Amy); her grandchildren, Jonathan, Christopher, Jessica, Emily, Nick and Claire; her brother Cal Phillips (Maureen); her niece Kellie; her nephew Scott; and her close friend Max Hite (Robert). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (9501 Catoctin Mountain Hwy, Frederick, MD 21701). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM and at 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Resthaven Memorial Gardens (9501 Catoctin Mountain Hwy, Frederick, MD 21701).
