He is survived by: his wife Deborah A. Stitely; his siblings, Richard Horner (Holly), Cheryl Horner and Kevin Stitely (Yvonne Yeakle); and his friend Danny Hurst. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
