He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie C. Francis and Elizabeth P. Francis. He is survived by: his brothers, Corbett C. Francis (Beverly) and Paul L. Francis (Victoria). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, a grand niece, and grand nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Homes (106 E Church St, Frederick, MD 21701).
