He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Parker and Frances Parker; his brother Daniel Parker; and his significant other Mary Ann Summers. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Tibbs; his son-in-law Sylvester Tibbs; and his grandchildren, Hilton, Quentin, Kyleigh and Everleigh.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel (158 Catoctin Cir SE, Leesburg, VA 20175). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
His commitment and contributions to the profession were recognized when he was inducted into the Loudoun County Realtors Hall of Fame prior to his retirement in 2010.
