He is survived by: his wife Karen Blanche Amoss (Tracey); his sisters, Ruth Njong of Silver Spring, Carol Knott of Charlestown and Valerie O'Roke of Martinsburg; his son-in-law John W. Wagner; and his grandchildren, William "Frankie" Wagner and Michelle "Belle" Wagner. He is also survived by 4 nieces.
