We are sad to announce that, on March 16, 2026, at the age of 93, Edna Mae Snyder of Frederick, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father William Calvin Rice Sr.; her husband Charles L. Snyder; her siblings, Grace Keeney (Charles), Margaret Wachter (Robert) and William C. Rice Jr.; and her nieces and nephews, Mary Frances Beahm, Sherry Keeney, Joyce Cornell White, Richard Keeney and Michael Keeney.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Judith Rice of Waynesboro; and her nieces and nephews, Carol Keeney, Susan Guynn, Lou Ann Shankle of Frederick, Marlene Hodgkins of Fairfield, Mary Ann Raun of Sharpsburg, David Keeney of Woodsboro, Larry Wachter of Frederick and William C. Rice III of Enola.
In lieu of flowers, Edna requested that memorial donations be made to Calvary UMC, 131 W. Second St., Frederick, MD 21701, or any other appropriate charity of their choosing.
