It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emory Joseph Mullins of Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on February 8, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Samuel Mullins and Virginia Dare Mullins (Beverly); his great grandchild Waylon; and his brother Charles Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Carol Mullins; his daughters, Katherine Scheel, Jennifer Running and Annamarie Mullins; his grandchildren, Savannah, Morgan, Greyston, Samuel, Mason, Quentin and Mary; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Whitney and Wattson; and his siblings, Wilma Graham, Wendell Mullins and Freida Turc.
