He was predeceased by: his parents, Franz Xavier Stillrich and Mary Marie Biddinger Stillrich; and his wives, Jeanette Elizabeth Ausherman Stillrich and Margaret Ann Slusser Stillrich. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Richard Ausherman and Judy Stillrich; his son-in-law Michael McAlister; his children, Jennifer Stillrich, Vanessa Cronise (Michael) and Erik Stillrich (Jennifer); his granddaughters, Hattie and Abigail Cronise; his brother John Stillrich; and his nephews, Frank Stillrich II (Micky), John Stillrich Jr. (Amber), Dwayne Ausherman (April) and Kevin Ausherman (Amy).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stauffer Funeral Home-Frederick (1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Frank's name can be made to the Araby United Methodist Church, Frederick Friends of our County Animal Shelter or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
