He was predeceased by: his parents, James Avery Clark and Thelma Lucille Clark (Norwood); and his brother James A. Clark III. He is survived by: his brother Jeffrey A. Clark, Sr. (Barbara) of Frederick; his sister-in-law Virginia Clark of Frederick; his nephews, James A. Clark IV of Frederick, Jeffrey A. Clark Jr. (Alisha) of Kapolei, HI and Justin A. Clark of Laurel, MD; his niece Michelle E. Golden (Doug) of New Market, MD; his great-nieces, Maddie and Emily Golden; and his great-nephew Jameson Clark.
