He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles V. Fulmer and Mary Fulmer (Moberly); his wife Mary Gladys Fulmer (Blank); his children, Richard A. and Cindy L. Deater; his siblings, Eleonora Fulmer, Mary E. Culler, Betty J. Flohr, Bonnie J. Kardeen, Effie L. Fulmer, Dorothy E. Droneburg, Claude L. and Charles R. Fulmer; and his son-in-law Richard Burrill.
He is survived by: his children, George W. (Bill), Gregory S. Fulmer (Bobbi) and Teresa K. Burrill; and his caregivers, Melinda, Nancy and Rayna. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
George was very proud to have been a volunteer firefighter and driver at the Independent Hose Company, therefore, in lieu of flowers, he has requested donations be made to the Independent Hose Co. 1 (https://ihc-1.org), 310 Baughmans Lane, Frederick, MD.
