She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Lewis and Mabel Strine Lindsay; her husband Adrian M. Coulby; and her brother Dick Lindsay. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Lynn Lindsay; and her stepchildren, Adrian Coulby, Eugene Coulby (Delia), Rita Leeland (John), Sandy Shafer (Alan), Robert Coulby and Mary Coulby.
A reception was held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Stauffer Funeral Home (1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702).
