She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert G. Spurrier and Edith Croft Spurrier; her husband Garland Daniel Gordon; her sister Margaret Spurrier Wilke; and her brother-in-law Richard Fred Wilke, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Glenn Daniel Gordon (Cathy) of Frederick and Cheryl Lynn Gordon of Shepherdstown, WV; and her great grandchildren, Graiden Daniel Gordon of Frederick, MD, Harper Grace Gordon of Frederick, MD, Stellan Michael Katongole, Everly Gene Katongole of Frederick, MD, Peyton Marie Ratliff, Daniel Garland Ratliff and Addyson Grace Salvato of Smyrna, Tennessee.. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Frederick Church of the Brethren (201 Fairview Ave, Frederick, MD 21701).
