He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Repass. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Repass (Janice Reamey) and Kristen Shriver (Bill Shriver); his grandchildren, Ricky Shriver (Ashley Shriver) and Tara Shriver; his great grandchildren, Will, Kayden and Dallas; and his brother Gary.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stauffer Funeral Home-Frederick (1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Parklawn Memorial Park (12800 Veirs Mill Rd, Rockville, MD 20853).
