He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Clabaugh Winpigler; his daughter Debra Winpigler Richmond (Mark); his nieces, Misti Griffin and Alyvia Winpigler; his grandchildren, Stephanie Richmond, Gregory Richmond and Vincent Lozupone; his siblings, David Winpigler (Carole), Judy Rice, Adrian Winpigler, Cynthia Ropp, Pamela Martin, Ramona Ridgely, Bion Winpigler (Billie), Shawn Winpigler (Becky) and Coral Keller; and his sister-in-law Peggy Winpigler. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
