She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Chase and Betty Chase. She is survived by: her husband David Pugh; and her aunts, Delores Urey of Florida and Barbara Stone of Frederick. She is also survived by cousins and many friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (9501 Catoctin Mountain Hwy, Frederick, MD 21701). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Resthaven Memorial Gardens (9501 Catoctin Mountain Hwy, Frederick, MD 21701). A reception was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (9501 Catoctin Mountain Hwy, Frederick, MD 21701).
