With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jamie Rager Whipp of Frederick, Maryland, born in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 21, 2025 at the age of 79. She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Bartgis Rager and James Edgar Rager; and her brother Joseph "Jackie" Rager. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Whipp; her great grandchildren, Sydney, Zach, Noah, Nathan, Aubrey, Brooklyn, Brantley and Brianna; her sister Joni Rager; her sister-in-law Helen Rager; and her close friend Debbie Brawner. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
