Jamie Rager Whipp Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jamie Rager Whipp of Frederick, Maryland, born in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 21, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Bartgis Rager and James Edgar Rager; and her brother Joseph "Jackie" Rager. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Whipp; her great grandchildren, Sydney, Zach, Noah, Nathan, Aubrey, Brooklyn, Brantley and Brianna; her sister Joni Rager; her sister-in-law Helen Rager; and her close friend Debbie Brawner. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stauffer Funeral Home-Frederick (1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Emmanuel Trinity Lutheran Church (4004 Ballenger Creek Pike, Frederick, MD 21703).
