She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Luther and Ana Fogle; and her husband James W. Stockman. She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Simons of Frederick, MD; her grandchildren, Angie Fee (Billy) of Frederick, MD, Amanda Bradley (Neil) of Charles Town, WV and John Simons Jr. (Amber Williams) of Bunker Hill, WV; and her great grandchildren, Madison Fee, Hannah Williams, Brooke Simons, Cannon Bradley and Charleigh Simons. She is also survived by husband and siblings.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Homes (106 E Church St, Frederick, MD 21701). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
