She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Simons of Frederick, MD; her grandchildren, Angie Fee (Billy) of Frederick, MD, Amanda Bradley (Neil) of Charles Town, WV and John Simons Jr. (Amber Williams) of Bunker Hill, WV; and her great grandchildren, Madison Fee, Hannah Williams, Brooke Simons, Cannon Bradley and Charleigh Simons. She is also survived by husband and siblings.
