Creedon (Julia), David R. Creedon (Laura), Melinda J. Creedon, Andrew J. Creedon (Lisa), Mark J. Creedon, Daniel J. Creedon and Michelle Cornett (James); his grandchildren, Meghan Creedon, Leighann O'Connor (Christopher), Corey James, Ryan Creedon, Michaela Bass, Andrew Creedon, Jr., Carson Creedon, Nicholas Creedon, Erin Cornett, Christopher Cornett and Cameron Cornett; and his great grandchildren, Keevan Howard, Jameson O'Connor and Emersyn O'Connor. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and the occasional friend.
In their later years, Jerry took care of Louise as she developed Alzheimer's disease.
