He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Harley and Lola Pearl Harley; his wife Gayle Yvonne Flair Harley; and his sister Eva June Harley Smith. He is survived by: his sons, Dale "Huck" Harley (Deborah) and Craig Harley; his grandsons, Jacob (Cricket) and Andrew Harley; and his great grandchildren, Evelyn and Bradley Harley.
A funeral service was held on Monday, March 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Brook Hill Cemetery (8900 Yellow Springs Rd, Frederick, MD 21702).
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial donations to Brook Hill United Methodist Church.
