Middleton (Sue); sue a Middleton, his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Thelen (Jason), Emily Mackie, Jana Cushman, Meghan Nagy, Avery Middleton, Erika Bernabei Middleton, Joey Morris and Nick Morris; his great-niece Alyssa Mackie; his great-nephews, Andrew Mackie and Ethan Mackie; his pet John; and also, Craig Cushman and Chad Mackie.
