He is survived by: his close friend Dana Coulby; his daughters, Jennifer Harry (Mike Gates) and Katie Collins (Andrew); his grandchildren, Owen, Alex, Evan, Olivia and Viola; his brother Joseph Keller (Chela); his brother-in-law Charles Delauter; Chris (Sabrina), Matt (Shana), Bryce, Kiley, Ryan, Maddie and Camryn.
Memorial donations may be made in Jack's name to St. Jude's Hospital.
