It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Manley of Frederick, Maryland, born in Frostburg, Maryland, who passed away on July 12, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Manley and Mary P. Manley of Frostburg; his wife Carol A. Manley; and his grandson Nicholas Jarvis. He is survived by: his children, John F. Manley (Betsy) of Frederick and Mary Jarvis (Darren) of Adamstown; his granddaughter Anne Manley of Cleveland; his sister Maureen Spearman (Barney) of Dayton; his grandchildren, Maggie Manley, Rachel Jarvis and Pasha Manley; and his close friend Janey Boyer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
