He is survived by: his children, Ryan Hampton of Jessup, MD and Jennifer Green (John) of Ocean Springs, MS; his stepdaughter Heather Bell (Henry Anderson) of Pasadena, MD.; his granddaughter Evelyn Green of Ocean Springs, MS.; his sisters, Theresa (Hampton) and Montgomery (Wayne) of Chesapeake Beach, MD.; and his significant other Kathy Heil of Frederick, MD..
The inurnment will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Resthaven Memorial Gardens (9501 Catoctin Mountain Hwy, Frederick, MD 21701). A reception will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (9501 Catoctin Mountain Hwy, Frederick, MD 21701).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joe's memory to the American Heart Association.
