He is survived by: his daughters, Eileen Marshall and Elizabeth McNally; his grandson Finnbar Joseph Marshall; his brother Francis J. McNally; his sister-in-law Terry McNally (Murphy); and his sibling's children, Kathleen Klemick, Kevin and Tim McNally.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Covenant Funeral Service - Stafford (1310 Courthouse Rd, Stafford, VA 22554). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
