She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Hazard and Marshall Hazard; her husband John G. Werner; and her siblings, Jean Bauer and Stanley Hazard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn Freemantle (Mark), Tina Weidner (Tom) and Jill Elwinger (Jim); her grandchildren, Benjamin Weidner (Jeanette), Samantha Warren (Brandon) and Evan Weidner (Stephanie); and her great grandchildren, Avery and Brooke Warren. She is also survived by seven nephews and seven nieces.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home (106 E Church St, Frederick, MD 21701).
