She is survived by: her husband George Shiblie; her sons, Nicholas (Nik) and Lucas; her grandson Gabriel; her mother Roberta (Bobbi); her siblings, George (Chip) and Kim; and her aunts, Terrie and Emogene. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests to make memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
