It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Elizabeth Thomas of Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on July 2, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. William "Bill" Howard, Jr. and Irma Howard (Huffer). She is survived by: her husband Joseph "Joe" Thomas; her son Jon Phelps Jr. (Stephanie); her grandson Garrett; her son Michael Phelps (Liezel); her grandchildren, Mea, Sonay and Christian; her stepchild Jade Thomas; her children, Kenwon and Madison (Nathan Thomas); her daughter-in-law LaToya; her children, Brooklyn and Carter; her brother Kevin Howard (Marilyn); and her daughter Jen Kahan (Wolfgang). She is also survived by other loving step-children, grandchildren, and many cousins.
