We announce the death of Kelly Ryan Harmon (Frederick, Maryland), who passed away on June 23, 2026, at the age of 43. Kelly will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She is survived by: her parents, Donna and Richard; her granddaughter Mae; her sisters, Katie (Orlando), Kendall (Mike) and Lisa (Jason); Thomas, Devin, Gabrielle, Kenny and Ryan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
