He is survived by: his children, Kizzy Diggs, Kennea Diggs Jr. (Buffy Carter) and Ikea Diggs (Jimarr King); his stepson Donrao Bowens; his nephew Tavares Bowie; his grandchildren, Datwon, Da'Ontae, Andresia, Arion, Jada, Jaylen and Miss Kennedy; his siblings, Mildred Griffin, Wendy Cole (James), Tanya Diggs and Phillip "Chuckie" Diggs (Brenda); the mother of his children Frederica Bowens; his nieces, Anthalene "Boo" Diggs and Keyana Diggs; his nephew Govine Diggs; his close friends, Alexander Chase, Earlene Smallwood, Wendy Thompson, Bruce Thompson and Bianca Mitchell; his grandchildren, T'Kai and Day'Sha; his nieces, Valerie Diggs and Roxanne Dorsey-Diggs; his nephew Shayne "Torres" Johnson; his son-in-law David Harris Jr.; his sister-in-law Peggy Bowens-Diggs; his aunt Adeline "Eyatte" Diggs; and his close friend Helen Naylor.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stauffer Funeral (1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Stauffer Funeral Home (1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Mountain City Elks Lodge 173 (173 W All Saints St, Frederick, MD 21701).
