He was predeceased by: his parents, Beatrice Hornstein and Earl Hornstein. He is survived by: his wife Marianne Hornstein; his children, Matt Hornstein (Melissa), David Hornstein (Michelle) and Anna Hornstein; and his grandchildren, Brennan, Henry, Avery, Easton and Harrison Hornstein.
