He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Abrecht Sr. and Myrtle Daily Abrecht; his brother Franklin Abrecht; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Sears. He is survived by: his wife Shelley Harris Abrecht; his children, Angela Gee (Jason), Jessica and Daniel (Maria); his grandchildren, Jazmine Crummel, Kayla Vaughn and Austin Vaughn; his stepgrandsons, Jasir Dotson-Gee and Asa Morrison; his great grandchild Elliott Vasquez; his sister Dianne Sears; and his sister-in-law Lark Abrecht. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
