He is survived by: his wife Elaine Alice Reynolds; his children, Donna Martin (Mitch) of Havelock, Kevin Reynolds (Alexandra) of Severna Park, Maryland, Bob Reynolds of New Market, Maryland, Carol Reynolds of Frederick, Maryland, John Reynolds (Jamie) of Hebron, Maryland and Mark Reynolds (Holly) of Castle Rock, Colorado.; his grandchildren, Zachary Martin, Tim Martin (Bryanna), Alex Reynolds (Dulie), Dan Reynolds (Sarah), Michael Reynolds (Kate), Lily Reynolds, Brooke Reynolds, Jordan Reynolds, Willow Reynolds and Tysen Reynolds; and his great grandchildren, Wrenley Martin, Rowan Martin, Isabelle Reynolds, Colton Reynolds and Samuel Reynolds. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Homes (106 E Church St, Frederick, MD 21701). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM.
