With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Loretta L. Offord of Frederick, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 26, 2026 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys M. Ambush and Lindsay "Clark" Patterson; her son Ricky Patterson; and her sisters, Dorothy "Snookie" Patterson Blackston, Mary Elizabeth Jackson Saunders and Elizabeth "Lizzie" Mary Jackson Ambush.
She is survived by: her husband Milton Offord; her son Anthony Patterson (Heather); her daughter-in-law Evette Whisner-Patterson; her grandchildren, Chase Patterson, Tyler Patterson and Toren Patterson; her great grandchild Chase Patterson, Jr.; her sisters, Delores Ambush and Doris "Patsy" Patterson; her caregiver Terry Brown; and her close friends, Barbara Anne Groomes, Mildred "Millie" Brown and Elaine "Judy" Allen. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of extended family.
