We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2024, at the age of 72, Margaret Ann Kinsey of Frederick, Maryland, born in Bunker Hill, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Irvin L. Kinsey, Jr.; her parents, Junior E. Davis and Frances M. Davis (Kerns); and her brother James Davis. She is survived by : her daughter Amy E. Kinsey; her grandson Dominic; her sister Carol Davis; and her sister-in-law Peggy Sanders. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Children's National Hospital.
