She is survived by: her children, Charles "Chuckie" Hoy Jr. of Frederick, Blair "Tony" Hoy (Lisa) of Frederick, Rachelle Hoy of Laurel, MD and Willie Sutton; her sisters, Zakiyyah "Clemmie" Yacub of Frederick and Jacqueline Chaney of Ijamsville; her grandchildren, Kendra Pinckney (Maurice), Bradley Hoy, Taylor Hoy-Richberg (Thomas), Breona Woods and Jourdan Hoy; her great grandchildren, Tyrone, Jazaih, Daquan, Alexandra, Julian, Jacek, Thomas Jr., Tyler, Xavier, Genesis and Kehlani; her aunts, Magruder Randolph of Michigan and Della Meekins of Pennsylvania; her friends, Charles Hoy Sr., Debbie Bowie, Gloria Lyles, Lawrence Johnson and Aleta Bell; and her sister-in-law Theresa Randolph. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
