He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Cooper and Ruth Cooper (Cavell); his brother Richard Cooper; and his sister-in-law Leanne Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Karen Cooper; his daughter Katrina Cooper; his granddaughters, Anastasia Strauss and Milly Strauss; and his brother Paul Cooper.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home (106 E Church St, Frederick, MD 21701). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
