He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip William Kestner and Prudence Bowman Kestner; and his brother Richard Andrew. He is survived by: his wife Elaine of New Market, Maryland; his daughter Caroline Virginia; his grandchildren, Quinn Isabel and Van Joshua of New Market, Maryland; his son Samuel Mark of Frederick, Maryland; his siblings, David Kestner (Mary) of Wilmington and AnneMarie Kestner Smith of Frederick, Maryland.; and his friend Joseph G. Laudani of Gaithersburg. He is also survived by many loving extended family members and friends.
