She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Tavernier (Book) and Glenn Tavernier; her husband James Sampson; and her son Michael Sampson. She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Redding (Mike) of Frederick, MD and Pamela Mclawhorn of Yorktown, VA. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 12 great, 1 great great granddaughter.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Resthaven Memorial Gardens (9501 Catoctin Mountain Hwy, Frederick, MD 21701).
