He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Fraim and Blanche Hobdy Fraim; his wife Betty Fraim; and his siblings, Loran Eustis Fraim, Sylvia Mae Burnette, Faye Gibson Wilcox and Carolyn Wagner.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Ann Fraim of Gulfport, FL, Karen Fraim Goss (Earle) of Boyds, MD, Sandra Jo Fraim of Inwood, WV and Teresa Fraim Sell (John) of Frederick, MD.; his grandchildren, Douglas Goss (Miranda), James Goss (JoAnna), Meredith Sell (Mitchell Black), Julia Guimiot (Henri), Amanda Sell, Ryan Stark, Emily Snell (Dakota) and Brendan Stark; and his great grandchildren, Claire Olivia Goss, Grant Joseph Goss, Cooper Douglas Goss and Tate Marshall Snell.
