He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Strine and Betty Pearn Strine. He is survived by: his wife England; his children, William Michael Strine, James Colin Strine and Jeannette Anne Marshall; and his granddaughters, Zoe Eloise Strine and Lilly James Strine.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Homes (106 E Church St, Frederick, MD 21701).
