He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Francis Thompson and James Luther Thompson; and his sister Carolyn A. Thompson. He is survived by: his siblings, James Thompson, Jr. of Frederick, MD, Francis Watson of Greenville, SC and Lillian Brite of Frederick, MD; his nieces and nephews, Tomeika, Markisha, Tracie, Imani, Tyrone, Lamont, Kevin, Eugene, Kwame and Byron; and his friend Pellman Shaw. He is also survived by six great nieces; two great nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Rollins Life Celebration Center (330 Catoctin Ave, Frederick, MD 21701).
